The way my moth­er remem­bers it, I was not a fan of my First Holy Com­mu­nion dress. The very sim­ple short sleeve lace dress (my mom picked out for me) did not cut it for me back in sec­ond grade. Even though I can agree with my mom now that the dress was per­fect for my style & per­son­al­i­ty, I was not hap­py with her back then! I dis­liked the dress because; 1) I didn’t choose it myself and 2) it was so sim­ple com­pared to the dress­es my old­er sis­ters and friends wore. Look at the pho­to and see how sim­ple (not poofy) my dress was com­pared to the oth­er First Communicants! 

 That is why when I was approached to make cus­tom First Com­mu­nion dress­es, I was excit­ed! I could make a lit­tle girl’s spe­cial day even more mem­o­rable with a unique dress, designed espe­cial­ly for her!

These dress­es are a sam­ple of my Spring 2015 cre­ations. Some are one piece and oth­ers are sep­a­rates that com­bine for the final dress, but can be worn again to com­plete oth­er outfits!
